Wow that is quite the list! I think the buying in bulk is good for non perishables but I see people go load up at Costco with food and end up wasting a large amount of it. What has helped me is during the week I try to target 2 times to cook a big healthy meal and hopefully take left overs from those for four days out of the week. I end up eating healthier during the week and have a good meal when I am short on time.
Then when the weekend comes I can loosen up a bit and enjoy within reason. This is an awesome list of money saving tips.
